SEARES meetings are typically held on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 19:00 CT. The agenda and location of each meeting varies. In months with no business, training, or program for the group, a meeting may not be held. See the Events Calendar for currently scheduled meetings. All are welcome to our meetings. Due to security requirements, certain meetings may be open to only SEARES members. This will be clearly noted, if this is the case.
SEARES operates a monthly drill net on the third Thursday of each month at 19:00 CT on the Sioux Empire Amateur Radio Club W0ZWY 444.200 repeater in Sioux Falls, SD. The net will take check-ins from all interested stations. This net follows a similar format to a resource or staging net that would be brought online during an activation and can be used to send traffic to the National Traffic System or informally. If you are interested in being a net control station, please let us know! Documentation for the net can be found in our Documentation Section, under “SEARES Monthly Net Procedure”.
